I had a REALLY COMFORTABLE 7 nights stay in York. Staff was excellent and affable all around. I was just next door to Tesco Express as well as food shops thanks to its super location. Also, it was based close to the centre.

Conveniently located within a 10-minute walk to Daughter Cafe. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the facilities were top-notch. We were also able to check in early, which was a bonus! 😊

Our recent stay at Merchants Place was overall enjoyable. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The apartment itself was well-decorated and had nice furnishings, giving it a cozy and homey feel. We were impressed with how well-equipped it was, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The TV package was a great addition, and we appreciated having a secure entry for added safety. The communication with the property managers was excellent, and they were prompt in their responses and accommodating to our needs.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as tired blinds and cleanliness issues behind furniture, they were not significant enough to overshadow the positive aspects of our stay. Despite these small hiccups, we would still highly recommend this apartment for its perfect location, modern facilities, and the attentiveness of the staff.

Spacious, well-equipped apartment in central location. Free parking nearby with restaurants and shops at doorstep. Easy key collection and return, secure property. Clean, comfortable with good amenities including Bluetooth audio system and good shower pressure. Close to food shops.
